The phone call
A real person picks up, usually within a few rings. No phone trees, no scripts. You'll be asked what's going on and when you'd like to come in, and that's about it.
29 Years of helping the Morris County Community improve their quality of life. We are what a neighborhood practice should be - personal and individualized care. Built quietly on Main Street, one careful conversation at a time.

I’ve been practicing chiropractic in Morris County for almost 3 decades. My approach is simple: listen first, examine carefully, explain plainly, and build a plan that respects your time and your goals.
Patients come to me with back pain, neck pain, sciatica, sports injuries, and the kind of chronic pain that standard care hasn’t solved. Many leave surprised at how gentle the work is and how quickly they start feeling better.
I care about getting you out of pain, keeping you out of pain, and teaching you what to do at home so you don’t need me forever. That last part matters.
Outside the office, I’m a dad, a coach, an athlete, and a proud Rockaway local. I treat everyone as if they are a member of my family.
Most of what I do isn't a technique. It's the part before the technique, when I'm trying to understand what's actually going on.
The way Dr. Katz describes his work
Nothing here is unusual. Most of it is the kind of thing you'd hope a doctor would do. The difference is that it actually happens, every single time.
The story matters more than the test. We start with what's actually been going on, what hurts, when it started, what you've already tried, what's at stake for you.
Your job, your sleep, your stress, the thing you want to get back to doing. All of it shapes the plan. Two patients with "the same" back pain rarely need the same care.
No jargon, no hand-waving. You'll know what we found, why it's happening, what we're going to do about it, and what you should do at home between visits.
No scripted upsells. No package pressure. We'll know within a few weeks whether this is the right path. If something else would serve you better, we'll say so.
A real person picks up, usually within a few rings. No phone trees, no scripts. You'll be asked what's going on and when you'd like to come in, and that's about it.
An office on Main Street. Plenty of parking out front, ground-floor entrance, no stairs. The kind of place you'd take your family.
Dr. Katz will take his time to take a detailed history. Then a careful, hands-on exam and a clear explanation of what's going on.
Gentle, precise, talked through as it happens. The technique is matched to you, not the other way around. No surprises.
You'll leave knowing how many visits we're thinking, what to do at home, what to watch for, and what we expect to be different. No pressure. Just clarity.
White Meadow Chiropractic Health and Wellness has been here for nearly three decades. Same street, same patients, same approach. Many of the people Dr. Katz treats today were patients of his a decade ago, or were referred by someone he treated long enough ago to remember them as kids.
The office is intentionally quiet. Calm waiting room, easy parking, a single doctor who runs the room. No franchise feel, no rotating practitioners, no production line. The point is to know you, remember you, and care about the part of your life this is interrupting.
Before any test, any technique, any plan. Your story is the most important diagnostic tool in the room.
Gentle for some, firmer for others, low-force for kids and seniors. Never the other way around.
If chiropractic isn't the right answer, we'll say so and point you toward what is. Trust beats every other marketing tool.
Most patients leave with two or three small daily habits that keep the pain from coming back. That's the goal.
If credentials matter to you, here are the ones that matter. None of this is what makes the appointment feel different. But you should know what's behind the work.
New-patient consults are 30 minutes, zero pressure. We'll listen, we'll examine, and you'll leave knowing what's going on and what to do about it.
